Councilmember Chris Jansky introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption. To amend Chapter 5, Public Safety, Section 525, To add the Golf Cart Ordinance to Section 525, Public Safety-525.01, 525.02 and 525.03, 525.99. Complete Ordinance available at City Hall. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and publication according to law. Councilmember Tammy Konz seconded the foregoing resolution. Those voting in favor: Tammy Konz and Chris Jansky; against: DuWayne Orbeck; absent: Eric Loewen and Joe Krippner. Motion passed and effective Nov. 13, 2008.
