All-Conference football players named

Two EV-W football seniors were recently named to the Central Minnesota All Conference Team and earned individual conference honors as well.
Alex Geislinger and Brent Stenger were named to the CMC first team. Geislinger was also named CMC Specialist of the Year while Stenger was named CMC Receiver of the Year.
Also honored were senior receiver Austin Pelkey and offensive and defensive lineman Mitch Lease who were named to the CMC All Conference second team.
Junior quarterback Nick Pauly and halfback/linebacker senior Zach Blonigen were named All Section 5AA.
Other team awards included:

• Outstanding offensive player–Pelkey
• Outstanding lineman–Matt Unterberger
• Outstanding defensive player–Matt Blonigen
• Most Improved Player–Austin Berg
