Jordan Buisman of Clear Lake died Monday, Nov. 26, 2012, of complications of epilepsy. He was 25.

Funeral services celebrating his life was at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at the Tri-County Alliance Church in Clearwater with Reverend Anthony Stanley officiating. Visitation was from 4-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, with a prayer service at 5 p.m. at Daniel Funeral Home in Clearwater. Visitation continued after 9 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Jordan W. Buisman was born Oct. 29, 1987, in St. Cloud to Wesley and Lisa (Stickney) Buisman. His father died in 1989, and he was raised by his mother and Bill Riley. He graduated from Kimball Area High School in 2006, and joined the U.S. Marine Corps. He served five and one-half years as a combat videographer in Quantico, Va. Jordan was medically retired as a Corporal in 2011, and was currently majoring in Mass Communications at SCSU. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, free-riding BMX, and watching movies. Jordan was preceded in death by his father and great-grandparents. He is survived by his parents Bill and Lisa Riley of Clear Lake; brothers Devin at home, and Darian Riley of Colorado; sister Bonni (and Paul) Walker of Avon; nephew and godson Ethan Walker; grandparents Diana (and Brian) Zander of Cokato, Jim (and Wilma) Buisman of Willmar, Maxie (and Bill) Riley of Hebron, Ky.; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
