Andrew Moeller of Kimball died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at Quiet Oaks Hospice House. He was 71.A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Pearl Lake with the Reverend Mark Ostendorf officiating. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud, and from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the church in Pearl Lake. Parish prayers will be at 4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home in St. Cloud. Inurnment will be in the Parish Cemetery.

Andrew F. Moeller was born June 25, 1941, on the family farm in Maine Prairie Township, near Kimball, to Lawrence and Katherine (Valerius) Moeller. He graduated from Technical High School in St. Cloud. Andy survived polio at a young age, and went on to become a farmer on the home farm for his entire life. Andy especially enjoyed grilling for the Moeller family gatherings. He had a generous heart. He would do anything for his family and could repair almost anything. He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Pearl Lake. Andy was preceded in death by his parents; brothers John and Jerome, and sister-in-law Angela Moeller. He is survived by brothers and sisters Edward of South Haven, Daniel (and Connie) of Sioux City, Iowa, Michael (and Barbara) of St. Cloud, Lawrence (and Mary) of Palm Desert, Calif., Ann (and Michael) Worley of Littleton, Colo., William of Apple Valley, James (and Merry) of St. Cloud; many cousins, nieces and nephews, and special family friend Lynn Lenzmeier. The Moeller family would like to thank Quiet Oaks Hospice for their love, care and compassion. Memorials are preferred and will be directed to Quiet Oaks Hospice.
