Also, we are still looking for a few volunteers to staff three-hour shifts at the library. In addition, we are looking for people to help support the Eden Valley Area Library by joining the “Friends of the Eden Valley Area Library.” Please stop in during library hours for information on either of these fun and rewarding projects.
Friends of the Eden Valley Area Library updates
The Friends of the Eden Valley Area Library will be meeting in the library the first Monday of each month at 6 p.m. We still need volunteers to sign up to help on Holiday Train night (Dec. 13, 6–9 p.m.) with the Children’s Craft Corner, serving food and selling used books.
We are pleased to have 12 area daycares that will now be on a rotation for a box of books to be delivered by a volunteer every
10 days. If we missed your daycare, call (320) 453-2541. If you are willing to help deliver these packs every 10 days, please let us know. We are also making plans for a January Open House and Silent Auction, details to follow!
