PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Watkins Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing Wednesday, January 16,
2013, at 7:45 p.m. at City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain public testimony concerning a variance application from Barrier Technology, Box 379, Watkins MN 55389, to construct an addition to a storage building at
510 4th Street North, with a front yard setback of twenty-six feet, while a seventy-five foot setback is required by the Watkins Zoning Ordinance, Article XX,
Section 20.07.
