Luxemburg Township Annual Town Election and Annual Meeting
The Annual Election and Town Meeting for Luxemburg Township will be held on Tuesday March 11, 2014, in the St. Nicholas Church basement, 15909 County Road 21, Watkins. The election hours are 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. On the ballot are one Supervisor for a three-year term and the Clerk position for a two-year term.
The Annual meeting will begin at 8:00 p.m. to conduct all Township business prescribed by law.
In case of inclement weather, the election and meeting could be postponed until Tuesday,
March 18, 2014.

Notice to qualified voters of Luxemburg Township that filing for town office will begin December 31, and close at 5:00 p.m. on January 14, 2014.
Candidates may file at the clerk’s home. Filing fee is $2.
To be elected at the March 11, 2014 annual election are:

Luxemburg Township monthly meeting
The Luxemburg Township Board of Supervisors holds their monthly meetings at 8 p.m. on the last Monday of each month in the St. Nicholas Church basement. Due to the Memorial Day Holiday, the May meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2013.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeal and Equalization for Luxemburg Township shall meet on April 12, 2013, at 10-10:30 a.m., in the St. Nicholas Church basement, 15909 Co Rd 21, Watkins. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor, and to determine whether corrections need to be made.
