Important Information Regarding Assessment and Classification of Property. This may affect your 2014 property taxes.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeal and Equalization for Luxemburg Township shall meet on April 12, 2013, at 10-10:30 a.m., in the St. Nicholas Church basement, 15909 Co Rd 21, Watkins. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor, and to determine whether corrections need to be made.

Annual Town Election and Annual Meeting
The annual election and town meeting for Luxemburg Township will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, in the St. Nicholas Church basement, 15909 CO RD 21, Watkins. The election hours are 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. On the ballot are one Supervisor for a three-year term, and the Treasurer position for a two-year term.
The annual meeting will begin at 8:00 p.m. to conduct all Township business prescribed by law.
In case of inclement weather, the election and meeting could be postponed until Tuesday, March 19, 2013.

Notice to qualified voters of Luxemburg Township that filing for town office will begin
January 1, and close at 5:00 p.m. on January 15, 2013.
Candidates may file at the clerkâs home. Filing fee is $2.00.
To be elected at the March 12, 2013, annual election are:
