Kimball Sr. Dining Menu June 30-July 4

June 30-July 4

Monday: Oven-roasted chicken, calico beans, cucumber/onion salad, wheat bread, Mandarin oranges.

Tuesday: Liver & onions or hamburger patty w/gravy, whipped potatoes w/gravy, mixed vegetables, sliced pears.

Wednesday-Pie Day: Chicken-wild rice casserole, cooked carrots, creamy cucumbers, wheat bread, strawberry-rhubarb pie.

Thursday: Lasagna, green beans, lettuce salad, garlic breadstick, red, white and blue poke cake.

Friday-Independence Day, site closed

Euchre anytime there are enough players

1% milk is served with every meal. Menu is subject to change. As of Jan. 1, 2014, suggested contribution for persons 60+ and volunteers is $4, or what you can afford. Guests under 60 pay $7.50. 

REMINDER: When there is a choice of entree on the menu, you will receive the first one listed UNLESS you notify us. The coffee pot is on by 11:15 a.m. every Wednesday.

Please call at least one day in advance. Meals may be picked up.

Monday: Beef tips/gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli, bread/margarine, peaches, milk.

Tuesday: BBQ pork, potato salad, cauliflower, bun/margarine, fruit crisp, milk.

Wednesday: Chicken breast, leaf lettuce, 3 tomato slices, fruit salad, bun/margarine, 2” bar, milk.

Thursday: Country steak, whole potatoes, carrots, bread/margarine, pudding, milk.

Friday: 3-oz. brat, baked beans, cole slaw, bun/margarine, watermelon wedge, milk.

Suggested donation for those
60 or older is $4, under 60 is $7. Eden Valley diners are served at the Civic Center (attached to the city offices building), and should reserve a meal by calling Mary Lou Newcomb at (320) 453-8375. Watkins diners are served at
St. Anthony Manor, and should call Peggi Gohman at (320)
764-5615 for reservation by 1 p.m. the day before your meal. Both sites serve at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. This service is through Lutheran Social Service, funded in part by a contract from the Area Agency on Aging with funding from the Federal Older Americans Act through the
Minnesota Board on Aging.

Tuesday: Hamburger-rice casserole, Harvard beets, crunchy Romaine salad, dinner roll, cantaloupe.

Wednesday: Chicken marinara, egg noodles, Italian lettuce salad, country blend vegetables, sugar cookie.

Thursday: Roast turkey, whipped potatoes w/gravy, peas, wheat bread, chocolate mousse.

Friday-Bingo: Breaded fish, Rosemary roasted potatoes, broccoli with cheese sauce, wheat bread, peanut butter bar.

Wednesday: Seasoned chicken breast, lettuce/dressing, melon wedges, breadstick/margarine, 2” bar, milk.

Thursday: Baked fish, brown rice, cole slaw, jixed vegetables, dinner roll/margarine, raspberry parfait dessert, milk.

Friday: Salisbury steak, parslied whole potatoes, squash, bread/margarine, blushing pears, milk.

Wednesday: Pork roast, red-skinned potatoes w/gravy, broccoli salad, wheat bread, sweetened strawberries.

Thursday-Baseball Theme Day: Country fried steak, whipped potatoes w/gravy, carrots, wheat bread, fresh apple wedges.

Friday-Baseball season: Hot dog on a bun, baked beans, corn, ice cream.
