Plant an extra row

If you are planting a garden this year, consider “planting an extra row” for senior dining in our community. Then when it is harvest time, we can share the product of your hard work with seniors in the dining program.

Last year 93 percent of all diners said they ate healthier because of the senior dining program. Is there anything better than freshly harvested produce? Homegrown fruits and vegetables have that unique taste that is difficult to find in stores.
