Marcus Michael Barshaw bail set at $3 million

Marcus Michael Barshaw, DOB 10/11/1984, made his first appearance in Stearns County District Court Thursday, Nov. 1, for the shooting death of J.J.S. on

Oct. 21, in Rockville, Minn. Barshaw was charged with Murder in the Second Degree Oct. 25. Bail was set by the Hon. Richard Ahles at $3,000,000 without conditions and $1,500,000 with conditions.
