David Nething of Litchfield died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at his home north of Darwin. He was 84.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Johns Catholic Church in Darwin at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 6. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. with a parish prayer service at 4 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 5, and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in the St. Anne Cemetery in Kimball. Military Honors will be provided by the Litchfield Military Honor Guard.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, at St. John's Abbey and University Church in Collegeville. Burial will follow in the St. Nicholas Catholic Cemetery in St. Nicholas. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Cold Spring. Arrangements were by Wenner Funeral Home in Cold Spring.

Roger “Hotsie” Kramer of Watkins died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, at the St. Cloud Hospital. He was 79.Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Roger’s life was held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Watkins with Rev. John Brunner officiating. Visitation was from 4-8 p.m. Friday, and from 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday, both at the St. Anthony Catholic Church with Parish rosary at 4 p.m. Friday, followed by parish prayers at 4:30 p.m., and Legion/VFW prayers at 7 p.m. Burial was in the St. Anthony Cemetery in Watkins.

Funeral services celebrating his life was at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at the Tri-County Alliance Church in Clearwater with Reverend Anthony Stanley officiating. Visitation was from 4-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, with a prayer service at 5 p.m. at Daniel Funeral Home in Clearwater. Visitation continued after 9 a.m. Saturday at the church.
