A public hearing is being held on Monday, Nov. 4, 2013, for William and Marlys Leinen 2045 Buttonbush Road, South Haven, Minn., for the set-back from Buttonbush Road for a moveable storage building 12 ft. by 16 ft. The variance is for the location of storage building at 29 ft. off the road instead of 63 ft. off the road.

The regular monthly meeting of the Fair Haven town board will meet on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2013, at 8:00 p.m.

Jack Schabel, 15751 35th Avenue, South Haven, MN 55382 is requesting an Interim Use Permit to be able to apply Bio-Solids to his farm fields in Section 23, TWP 122, Range 28W and Section 27, TWP 122, Range 28W.
The Fairhaven Township Land Use Zoning Ordinance #4, Section 4.10 and Section 6.4. This Interim Use Permit is for a time of four years and is monitored by MPCA with soils tests before application and after applications.
This public hearing is open to anyone that wants to attend.

Fair Haven Township Board of Appeal and Equalization
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeal and Equalization for Fair Haven Township shall meet on April 25, 2013, at 9:30 a.m. at the Fair Haven Town Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor, and to determine whether corrections need to be made.
