Public hearing notice variance hearing Maine Prairie Township
A request has been made by John Arnold for a variance for construction of a storage building which would exceed the square footage allowed in an R-5 residential zoned area located in Section 11, Township 121, Range 029, Parcel No. 20.11789.0035. Maine Prairie Township Land Use and Zoning Ordinance No. 2, Section 6.2.1B states that “the maximum allowed size of any residential accessory byilding in an R-5 District shall be 2400 square feet.” Mr. Arnold is requesting a variance to construct a storage building 5,760 square feet in size.
This hearing will take place before the Maine Prairie Planning Commission at the Main Prairie Township Hall, 7551 Dellwood Road, Kimball, MN, at 7:15 p.m., on August 13.
