Young recertified as Real Property Law Specialist

The Minnesota State Bar Association announces the recertification of Timothy L. Young, Young & Brown LLP, as a MSBA Board Certified Real Property Law Specialist. W-TLY-2014This Certification program is administered by the MSBA and approved by the State Board of Legal Certification.

The certified specialist designation is earned by leading attorneys who have completed a rigorous approval process, including an examination in the specialty area, peer review, and documented experience. Certified attorneys have demonstrated superior knowledge, skill and integrity in their specific field and can use the designation of specialist to advertise their credentials. The MSBA has been accredited as an independent professional organization for certifying attorneys as Criminal Law Specialists., Civil Trial Law Specialists and Labor and Employment Law Specialists. Organizations sought for booths at Fairhaven Picnic

This is the 88th year of Fairhaven Old Settlers Day Picnic. It is coming June 28. The committee is working hard to make it a great day for all.

Dodge Booster Club Fundraiser

Kimball Area High School students and families participated in a Dodge Booster Club Fundraiser Saturday, April 5, and raised $4,640 for the school’s All Sports Boosters at the Chamber of Commerce Expo. During the fundraiser, held in conjunction with Kimball Area Expo, the Dodge brand contributed $20 for each test drive in a new 2014 Dodge Durango, Journey, Grand Caravan, or Dart.

“Dodge dealers are committed to giving back to their communities,” said Jeffrey Kommor, Vice President - Sales Operations, Chrysler Group LLC. “We’re proud to support organizations like this one that encourage student development and growth.”
