Wright County Sheriff’s Office

June 6, Adam Michael Myers, 36 of Annandale, was arrested in Buffalo on a Department of Corrections warrant for a probation violation.

June 6, Kevin Joseph Brambrink, 54 of Annandale, was arrested in Corinna Township on a Minnesota State Patrol warrant for driving after cancellation/inimical to public safety.

There were 31 property-damage accidents, 1 personal-injury accident, 2 hit-and-run accidents, and 5 car-deer accidents.

There were 12 arrests for DWI, 9 underage-consumption arrests, and 44 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.

Sunday, June 9

10:45 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a dog complaint in the area of Shorty’s Bar on Central Avenue North in Watkins. The deputy checked the area and was unable to locate the stray dog.12:59 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Watkins Ambulance to a residence on Linden Avenue East, in the city of Kimball in Stearns County, for a medical. One patient was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital.

6:42 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of harassment at a residence on 617th Avenue, Manannah Township.

6:50 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a northbound driving complaint on MN Highway 15 in Kingston Township. The deputy checked the area and found that the vehicle had left prior to arrival.

Saturday, June 8

5:19 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office observed suspicious activity on Western Avenue South, City of Watkins. The deputy moved the construction signs out of the roadway and back onto the sidewalk.

10:07 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to an alarm at the Millner Heritage Winery on MN Highway 15 in Kingston Township. As the deputy arrived on scene, the alarm company called to cancel.

12:33 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office came across an unattended campfire at the culvert on the north side of Big Swan Lake in Kingston Township. The deputy put out the fire.

7:21 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of unwanted individuals at a residence on 1st Street, City of Watkins. One individual was transported to Woodlands Crisis Center, City of Willmar, and a report was filed.

Friday, June 7

5:20 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a dog complaint at a residence in the Watkins Trailer Park in Watkins. The deputy checked and the dog was no longer in the area.

10:24 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a dog complaint at a residence in the Watkins Trailer Park, Watkins. Upon arrival of the deputy the dog was gone.

12:22 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office assisted in a social services check at a residence on 742nd Avenue, Kingston Township.

2:49 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Watkins Ambulance to a medical at a residence on County Road 149, Stearns County.  One individual was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital.

6:01 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a dog complaint at a residence on County State Aid Highway 34, Forest City Township. The deputy made contact with the homeowner and the missing dog was located inside the residence and all was okay.

8:58 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of theft of a bike at a residence on Meeker Avenue South, City of Watkins.  The bike was later found and returned to the owner.

Thursday, June 6

6:07 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an animal complaint in the Watkins Trailer Park, Watkins. The dog was gone when the deputy arrived.

7:28 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of suspicious activity at a residence on Meeker Avenue North, Watkins. The deputy spoke to the reporting party about the complaint.

9:45 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity at the Watkins Pool, Watkins. A bicycle was removed from the pool and there was no damage reported.

10:28 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity at a residence on Western Avenue North, Watkins. The deputy assisted the reporting party with some statues that were tipped over. The statues were not damaged.

12:10 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a theft at a residence on 574th Avenue, Manannah.

2:46 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity at a residence on 4th Street North, Watkins. The deputy advised the reporting party of options. 

Wednesday, June 5

8:14 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of welfare fraud at a residence on 1st Street, Watkins.

11:53 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of child abuse at a residence on 1st Street, Watkins.

1:46 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to and dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and Dassel Rescue Squad to a medical at a residence on MN Highway 15, Kingston Township. One individual was transported to St. Cloud Hospital.

3:52 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of theft at a residence on County State Aid Highway 2, Forest Prairie Township.

6:03 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a car/deer accident on MN Highway 24, Forest City Township.  No injuries were reported.

Tuesday, June 4

9:43 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a dog complaint at a residence in the Watkins Trailer Park, Watkins. The deputy checked the area and everything was okay.

12:20 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at a residence on 312th Street, Kingston Township. The deputy advised the individual of their options.

8:48 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office dispatched Watkins Ambulance, per the request of the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, for a medical at the Kimball High School. One individual was treated at the scene and transported to the hospital by a private vehicle.

Monday, June 3

11:23 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office received a report of suspicious activity at a residence on 717th Avenue, North Kingston Township. The deputy spoke with the individuals and everything was okay.

5:27 p.m. the Sheriff’s Office took a report of an assault at a residence on 318th Street, Kingston Township.
