All Fishermen Are Liars (Except You and Me)

…and sometimes I wonder about you

If there is one thing that Ray Tuholsky loves more than fishing, it’s telling a story! Join us at Breakfast Club with Ray to hear stories about how war had an influence on fishing and see some old lures, rods, and reels. From a mischievous 8-year old to the present day, his stories tell of a man’s life through fishing. Full of humor, mixed with a little inspiration, they tell of family, friends, and the “big one that got away.”  All Fishermen Are Liars is Tuholsky’s first book.

Come to the Stearns History Museum for Breakfast Club at
9 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 11, to hear author Ray Tuholsky tell humorous true stories about fishing, fishing history, and inspiration. This event is free to members, non-members $5.

Founded in 1936, the Stearns History Museum has focused on preserving and interpreting the history of the region for 77 years. The mission of the museum is to engage people in the exploration of the County’s diverse heritage by providing connections to the past, perspectives on the present, and inspiration for the future. The Stearns History Museum and Research Center is nationally accredited by the American Alliance of Museums.
