Roger Robinson of Blaine, Minn. (formerly of Kimball) died Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, from heart and health complications. He was 77.Mass of Christian Burial was held Wednesday, Jan. 30, at the Church of St. Timothy in Blaine. Visitation was held Tuesday evening, Jan. 29, at the Kozlak-Radulovich Blaine Chapel. Interment was at Morningside Cemetery in Coon Rapids.

Roger G. Robinson was born Nov. 10, 1935, in Kimball to Waldo and Joyce (Spray) Robinson. He graduated from Kimball High School in 1953. He married classmate Elaine Libbesmeier June 25, 1955, and they resided in the Coon Rapids/Blaine area all of their married lives. He worked as an accountant at General Mills in Golden Valley for 37 years before retiring in 1990. Roger was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Elaine; daughter Diane (and Larry) Maki, and son David Robinson; grandson Nick Maki; brothers Harlow (and Margaret), Wally (and Judy) and Colin (and Carol) Robinson, Uncle Jerry (and Janet) Robinson, aunt Mary Lou Brown-Robinson (and Donald) Erickson, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
