Kyle Becker of Eden Valley, died in a truck accident Friday morning, Sept. 20, 2013. He was 25.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, at Assumption Catholic Church in Eden Valley with Rev. Jerome Naduvathaniyil O.S.B. and Rev. Ronald Dockendorf officiating. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. Tuesday at Assumption Catholic Church, and from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Parish prayers will be said at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
Kyle Patrick Becker was born Nov. 17, 1987, in Paynesville to Gary and Jeanette (Bischof) Becker. He was a member of Assumption Catholic Church where he started lecturing, was in the Guitar Group, and helped each year with the confirmation retreat. Kyle worked at Spee-Dee Delivery in St. Cloud for three years, and he recently started driving for Jack's Oil in Eden Valley. He attended Eden Valley-Watkins High School and graduated in 2006. He was active in band, drama, choir, speech, and he participated in many plays. Kyle enjoyed hunting, camping, concerts, bowling, movies, and music, especially playing guitar and singing. He loved spending time with family and friends. He will be remembered for his willingness to always help others and his sense of humor.
Kyle was preceded in death by his grandparents, infant sister Shannon, and many other loved ones who have gone before him.
He will be greatly missed by his parents Gary and Jeanette of Eden Valley; sisters and brother: Stacey Becker of Maple Grove, Dustin Becker of St. Cloud, and Kallie Becker of Eden Valley; and many aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
Arrangements were by Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Eden Valley. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the charity of the donor's choice.
