Ole Turkey Casserole

3 cups cooked turkey, cubed
1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) corn, drained
1 can (2 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained
2 TBSP. salad oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 can (10 oz.) red chili sauce
1 large clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 corn tortillas
sour cream
In 1 1/2-quart saucepan, heat oil. Over low heat cook onion until soft. Add chili sauce, garlic, salt and oregano; set aside. In bowl, combine turkey, tomatoes, corn, and olives. Plave 4 tortillas in a shallow 2-quart buttered baking dish; spread half the turkey mixture over; add half the chili sauce and half the cheese. Repeat layer, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut into squares and top with sour cream.
