Monday evening, May 20, the walls shook in the “old gym” at Kimball Area High School.
First the Jazz Band performed “Look for the Silver Lining,” with soloists Austin Roerick and Hannah Zipoy. Then Brad Mies was featured soloist for “(Everything I Do) I Do it for You.” Their finale was “Get It On.”
The Elementary Band performed “March of the Romans,” “Centurion,” the rock tune “25 or 6 to 4,” and “Jubilee.”

Saturday, April 6, the Dodge Brand and A.M Maus & Son Inc. provided the opportunity to test-drive new 2013 Dodge-brand cars and rewarded the school $20 for each test-drive. For the many people who took advantage of the opportunity, it amounted to a check for $4,500 for the KAHS Booster Club. $20,000 awarded to 20 seniors
The AgStar Fund for Rural America, the corporate giving program of AgStar Financial Services, is pleased to award Erin Wicker, a senior at Kimball Area High School, a $1,000 educational scholarship.
The AgStar Fund awards $20,000 in scholarships to 20 graduating seniors every year. Students within AgStar’s 69-county service area in Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin are eligible. Four students from each of AgStar’s five regions are chosen to receive a scholarship.
National Honor Society members Brad Meis, Mathias Hennen, Kendra Atherton, Jon and Megan Bisila, Advisor Stangle, Stacy Hurrle, Shelby Schiefelbein, Hannah Zipoy, Alissa Jones, and Kaylee Petty were out doing ditch pick up and yard work for volunteer hours. The Club gave hours of their time as a donation to the Dollars for Scholars Gala held last
