Eden Valley-Watkins Schools will be offering a new Food Chemistry course next year. AgStar Financial has provided a grant for $2,500 to purchase food science lab equipment, lab masters, and lab kits. This new course will fulfill the state Chemistry graduation requirement for juniors and seniors at EV-W high school.
This is in addition to the grants listed in last week’s paper
(Feb. 20, 2014), but part of the other Food Chemistry course.
