Friday: Breakfast cookie, yogurt cup, assorted juice cups, milk.
Monday: Popcorn chicken, sweet n sour sauce, brown rice or yogurt pak, baby carrots, broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, grapes-Mandarin oranges, milk.
Tuesday: Spaghetti w/meat sauce, WG garlic breadstick or ham sub, spinach salad wih fat-free dressing, kidney beans, radishes, oranges-diced pears, milk.
Wednesday: Toasted cheese sandwich w/tomato soup or turkey sub with tomato soup, baby carrots, broccoli salad, cauliflower, pineapple-peaches, milk.
Thursday: 2 pancakes w/syrup, scrambled eggs or crispy chicken wrap, hash browns, bean-a licious salad, cucumber slices, orange juice, banana, milk.
Friday: Hamburger on a WG bun or honey-mustard ham wrap, green beans, Jell-O square, baby carrots, cauliflower, apple wedges, mixed fruit, milk.
