The weather was really bad this week with plenty of rain and heavy winds. That didn’t stop our Athletes from shooting! They had a solid performance gaining more than 400 points compared to last week, that helped move them to the number 6 spot.
Wednesday April 30, Kimball welcomed back Mike Frisch with the School of Fish. Mike is a professional fisherman who teaches kids how to identify fish, shoreline fishing opportunities, and of course how to tie hooks and rig slip bobbers. Each student received a fishing pole, tackle box, and a snack bag. This was the second year of the program with 20 students attending. A big “Thank you” goes out to the Kimball Lions, Kimball Legion, Kimball Fire Department, and Kimball Rod and Gun Club for their support of the program. Submitted photo.
